Your mom popped your cherry.

Oh my bad, didn’t realise we were dealing with a bitter old man. What happened, did a test rider pop your daughter’s cherry or something?

you dont have a lot of friends, do you? Us lollipop lickers ride everyday we can and enjoy riding for what it is. Not a reason to hold ourselves in higher esteem than someone else, but for the pure sake of riding. Get a clue, maybe then you might even get a friend or two.

I guess a phd in mechanics doesn’t teach you the difference between ‘you’re’ and ‘your’.
Also, you need to calm down, 13xBlackSun. You don’t know why he crashed, you’re only speculating like the rest of us.
Who really cares anyway? It’s just a damn bike.

When you’ll have a phd in mechanics, made parts for Ducati & MV Agusta, had 18 years of riding, you’ll be on the level to comment me - until then please stand in the back of the room and keep licking your lollipop.

too much front brake? lowsider? or cold/new tires?

Oh man ive lost a year of my life!! where did 2009 go?

I say good on ‘em for having the balls to post the crash video - most pulications wouldn’t admit to a crash. Just shows me that these guys are actually pushing the bikes and we all know that when they get pushed there’s a chance of a crash. The full crash video on their site shows that he was riding hard for a full lap before the crash so it obviously wasn’t cold tires.

… and he didn’t crash it, nor did he lean over to extreme angles, now did he. No one claims the testers shouldn’t go to the extremes, what I DO claim is that they should do WHEN the conditions are met. To me, what he did was irresponsible and pretentious, which is precisely captured by your statement, that Ducati can afford getting their bikes trashed, just for the sake of it. That mindset is the real reason for falling and not the cold weather or tires.

sorry whos in the youtube partner program making money on their videos? Id like to see you do a better review bud.
Anonymous 04.13.09 at 6:22 am
these guys make me laugh. Terrible reviewers, always crashing, naming videos with vs. and shit then not even giving a summary or a proper comparison. Absolutely horrible.
Anonymous 04.13.09 at 6:22 am
Funny that you say that. He also just tested an $85,000 Desmosedici both on the track and the street in fairly cold conditions. I prefer reading reviews by people who push themselves to extract the potential of these machines. All members of the motorcycle press who are actually worth reading do the same. Ducati accepts the risk of bikes getting crashed when they invite reviewers to a race track to test their bikes. I think they can afford it

If he’s THAT experienced, he should have known that conditions are not up to 100%, on-the-razor’s edge riding! It’s totally his fault for crashing.
I wonder if the tester would drove the same way, if he rode something rare, let’s say Britten.
Anonymous 04.13.09 at 6:22 am
Slides really well. lol
Anonymous 04.13.09 at 6:22 am
thats a cold tire case right thereeeee……lol
Anonymous 04.13.09 at 6:22 am
If you actually took the time to read the website and review then you would see that this was his first crash in 8 years of very high performance track and road testing. Even very good and responsible riders crash.
Anonymous 04.13.09 at 6:22 am
I’m shocked that your shocked that the test-crasher was not prepared for it.
Typical show-off with other people’s money. He should pay for the damages!
